What Fireflies costs in 2026

The free plan reads well until you reach the limits. You get 400 minutes of storage per team in total rather than per month, a limited number of AI summaries, 20 AI credits and a 2-hour recording limit. It works as a trial and not much beyond one.

Pro is $10 per seat per month billed annually, which comes to $120 a year. Business is $19 per seat per month, or $228 a year. Every seat is billed separately, so a team of five pays five times over.

Noter AI is $9.99 a month or $69.99 a year. Month to month, Fireflies Pro is $18 per seat against Noter's $9.99. On the yearly plan one person pays $120 for Fireflies Pro and $69.99 for Noter, a saving of $50 a year, and that is the whole of the price argument.

The part people miss: AI credits

Fireflies caps AI credits: Pro gives you 20 a month and Business gives you 30. Credits pay for the extra AI features, such as AI Skills, custom summary sections and the personal assistant, so heavy use of those can empty the month early.

Once the credits are gone, the extra AI features wait until the counter resets. If those extras were the reason you bought the tool, that is an uncomfortable position to be in on the 19th of the month.

Noter has no credit counter. Every recording gets a transcript, an executive summary, a meeting analysis and action items with assignees, on the monthly plan and the yearly one alike.

Noter AI vs Fireflies

Noter AI is an iPhone and iPad app that also runs on Android. It handles virtual calls and in-person meetings from the same place, on a flat subscription with no per-seat maths.

The summary comes in the meeting's language, or in the language you choose. Fireflies lists 100+ languages, but its multi-language mode, for meetings that switch languages, needs the $228-a-year Business plan.

Where Fireflies is the better buy

Fireflies suits a different buyer in two cases:

Integrations. Fireflies pushes notes into 50+ tools, Slack, Notion, HubSpot and Salesforce among them. Noter exports to PDF, Word or plain text and you move the file yourself. For a sales team living in a CRM, that difference matters more than $50 a year.

Team analytics. Talk-time splits, sentiment and topic trends across a whole team are built for sales and customer success managers.

Which one to install

Install Noter if your meetings happen on a phone or in a room, you want every AI feature without a monthly credit counter, you would rather pay $69.99 a year than $120, or the Fireflies bot keeps getting turned away from your calls.

Stay on Fireflies if your notes have to land in a CRM automatically or your team needs analytics across everyone's calls.
