Keyword search vs. asking a question

The difference matters more than it sounds, so here's the same task done both ways.

Keyword search: you type "pricing". You get 40 transcripts containing the word. You open six of them, skim, and eventually find the sentence where the client said their budget had been cut. Elapsed time: fifteen minutes, assuming you remembered the meeting existed.

Asking a question: you type "what has this client said about budget across all our calls?" You get a short answer citing the specific meetings. Elapsed time: twenty seconds, and it also surfaces the meeting you'd forgotten about.
