Premium bought on the web
Payments for Premium are not refundable by default.
You can still ask. Write to support@noterai.net within 14 days of the payment, from the email address of your account, and tell us what happened. We look at each request case by case. A refund is likely when, for example, you paid by mistake, or a technical problem on our side kept you from using Premium. It is unlikely after heavy use.
You can cancel at any time to stop the next payment. You keep Premium until the end of the time you paid for.
Who pays the money back
Purchases on the web go through our payment provider. We look at the requests sent to us and ask the payment provider to refund the ones we agree to. The refund goes back to the payment method you paid with.

Your rights under the law
Nothing on this page takes away rights that the law of your country gives you. Some countries give a buyer the right to cancel a purchase within a set number of days, for example 14 days in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Where such a right applies to you, it comes first.
Premium bought in the iPhone or Android app
Purchases in the App Store or Google Play are sold by Apple or Google. They take the payment, and refunds follow the rules of those stores. Only Apple can refund an App Store purchase. For Google Play, ask Google first, using the link below.
Except where the law says otherwise, store payments are not refundable and there are no refunds for part of a period.
