All three options unlock the same plan. The only difference is how often you pay.

What a team pays
Noter AI has no per-seat tier and no team plan. Each person has their own subscription, so the cost for a team is the single price multiplied by the number of people.

- Adding a person means one more subscription. There is no minimum number of seats.
- There is no shared workspace. Each person's notes live in their own account. To pass a note to a colleague, export it or use the share sheet.
- Each person pays through their own store account, so there is no single invoice for the whole team.
Free plan and free trial
There are two ways to use Noter AI before you pay.
The free plan lets you try the app without a subscription. Install it, sign in and make a note to see how the transcript and summary look.
The free trial comes with every subscription. When you pick weekly, monthly or yearly, the subscription starts with a free trial. You are charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
How billing works
- Apple or Google bills you. You subscribe inside the app, and the payment goes through the App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- To cancel, open the subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play. Do it at least 24 hours before the renewal date so the next charge does not go through.
- Refunds go through Apple or Google. They handle the payment, so they decide on refund requests.
- Prices on this page are US prices. Local prices vary by country.
What is not included
A few things are not part of the plan, and it is better to know before you subscribe.
- No web or desktop app. Noter AI runs on iPhone, iPad and Android. There is no Mac, Windows or browser version.
- No team admin console. There is no central place to add or remove members or to pay for everyone at once.
- No import of video files, YouTube links or PDFs. The app works with live recordings, audio files and video calls the bot joins.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. There is a free plan for trying the app, and you do not need a subscription to install it and make a first note. Every subscription also begins with a free trial.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play. Do it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Are there caps on summaries?
No. The plan has no caps on summaries and no AI credits to buy or run out of. You can also run the same recording through more than one output style.
Does the meeting bot cost extra?
No. The bot for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex is part of the one plan. So are translation and Ask your notes.
Do I pay per meeting or per minute?
No. You pay a flat price per week, month or year. There is no charge per meeting and no charge per minute.
Can a team share one account?
No, each person needs their own subscription. There is no shared workspace, and notes stay in the account that made them. A team of five on the yearly plan pays $449.95 a year in total.
Does one subscription cover both iPhone and Android?
A subscription is tied to the store you bought it from. If you subscribe through the App Store, it belongs to your Apple account. If you subscribe through Google Play, it belongs to your Google account. Buy it on the platform you plan to use.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Sign in to the new phone with the same store account you used to subscribe, then sign in to Noter AI with the same app account. Open the subscription screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
