What Jamie costs in 2026

Jamie's website lists prices in euros only. Billed annually, Plus is €21 a month and Pro is €39 a month. If you pay month to month, Plus is €25 and Pro is €47. The Team plan is €33 per user per month on annual billing.

Dollar prices appear only as in-app purchases on the App Store. There, Plus is $22 a month or $229 a year, and Pro is $39 a month or $399 a year. Jamie has no separate free trial: the free plan is the way to try it.

Noter AI is $9.99 a month or $69.99 a year, one plan with everything included. Next to Jamie Plus on the App Store, that is $159 less each year. Next to Jamie Pro, the difference is $329 a year.

What Jamie actually is

Jamie is an AI note taker made by wespond UG, a company based in Germany. Its website speaks mostly to private equity, banking, M&A, law, consulting, financial services and healthcare.

The main app runs on a Mac (macOS 14.4 or later) or a Windows PC. During a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call it records the computer's own audio, so nothing joins the meeting. Jamie's help docs say it "can only be used on your macOS or Windows device and therefore does not require any virtual bot." For online calls, that means you have to be at that computer, in the call, for Jamie to hear it.

There are also iPhone and Android apps. They record meetings in a room. The docs say plainly that "Jamie cannot record phone calls," and that editing features are not yet available on mobile. The App Store version is built for iPhone; there is no iPad app.

After a meeting, Jamie gives you an executive summary and a full summary, tasks with assignees, and speaker recognition. A chat called Ask Jamie answers questions about your meetings. The help docs list over 80 languages for transcripts and summaries, and the pricing page says 99+. Audio is deleted after processing, and transcripts are stored in Frankfurt. Pro and higher plans connect to CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive.

Why people look for a Jamie alternative

• One credit per meeting, whatever the length. Jamie's billing docs say one credit is charged for every recorded meeting "regardless of the duration." A 5-minute check-in costs the same as a 2-hour board meeting.
• Low monthly caps below Pro. Free allows 10 AI notes a month and 30 minutes per meeting. Plus allows 20 notes and 2 hours per meeting. Someone with one meeting every weekday passes 20 before the month is over.
• Locked notes on the free plan. When the credits run out, Jamie's docs say "your meeting notes will be locked, and you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to access them."
• No phone calls. The mobile docs say Jamie cannot record phone calls, and the App Store listing says phone calls and system audio are not supported. • You must attend every call yourself. With no bot, Jamie only hears a Zoom or Teams call through the Mac or PC you are sitting at. A meeting you skip gets no notes.
• Euro pricing, or App Store prices in dollars. The website bills in euros only. Paying in dollars means the App Store, at $229 a year for Plus or $399 for Pro.
